This is one of my favorite shots.

This is a good picture of Charlie feeding his face.

Closer To Moving

I cleaned out the shed while Addi enjoyed some shade. Emma was up to her usual activities such as climbing the van and slicing her feet open with garden tools.

Quality Programming

The days of watching ESPN and Dr. Phil have been heavily reduced.

This is another tutorial on how to insert a binky into a mouth.

Emma enjoyed one last run in the sprinkler before moving.

Another Day

Addi and Emma were chilling out while Kari was experimenting with new ways to receive attention.

Britt's Floors

You're looking at Britt's floors, her pride and joy. They are obviously dirty from all the traffic and it baffles me why they didn't cover them while working. The builder has some areas to replace due to scratches.

The HVAC is closer to finished and the carpet is being installed.

Father's Day 2008

This day was really Emma and Addi Day.

Sleeping In Style

Emma actually "straightened" her glasses before falling back to sleep. This LATE nap lasted three hours but only delayed her bedtime forty-five minutes.

Nothing To Reach Here

I wondered how giraffes are kept from escaping over this short fence. I suppose the trench just before it would snap their legs.

Is there a problem here? ;)

Emma watched the monkeys and chomped an apple.

Zoo Cool Down

We gave Addi her share of shade breaks.

Fluid Break

I bet I saw 150 sippy cups during our short time at the zoo.

The Zoo

Matt and I took the kids to the zoo today. Elephant watching was the first item on the agenda.

This was back when Charlie still considered me to be Mark Bundy.

Here is a juicy picture of Tyler and Aids from 2002. I'm guessing Tyler weighed about 130. :)

Heading To The Finish

The kitchen cabinets were being installed (2 cabinets not pictured) while the tile floors were completed. The stucco color is a good match with the siding. The hardwood floors go in tomorrow and I assumed the floors would go in before the cabinets. Well, I was wrong and found myself apologizing to the project manager. I instantly warped back to Waller Court when the thought of improper installation was surfacing. The floor guy mentioned hardwood floors (in Utah non-custom homes) are installed after the cabinets due to extreme contraction and expansion. Custom homes have cabinets screwed to the walls and not the floor. Non-custom homes are just the opposite and they state screwing cabinets to the floor doesn't allow for proper contraction and expansion.

Food Not Important

Emma really likes Burger King toys.

Water Girl

Emma decided it was best to water the lawn by hand but quickly became bored.

Friday, June 6, 2008

Emma took a dip in the pool with Travis, Christy and their kids.

We checked out the house progress and Emma was back on the gravel pile.

Holding Pattern

Emma is waiting for Britt to come home.

Food Run

It was a nice day so I feed Addi outside. I was trying to avoid any crying of ANY kind.

We are closer to moving.

Patience Shortage

Today has been filled with Addi's crying and Emma's whining. Deep breath.

Tuesday, June 3, 2008

My homework is done and it's time for bed. Let's hope the girls sleep A LITTLE better tonight.

More Progress

I loaded the kids and took a drive to the house today. Not much had changed on the outside but I noticed a couple of guys carrying trim into the house.

The house is due to be completed by the 24th...of JUNE.

Addi was a little hyper tonight.

Homework Help

The bouncer is becoming a better outlet for completing homework.
